My favorite thing has always been their smoothies they are consistently delicious. The service is always amazing top notch no no complaints there. The only thing that's lacking is their atmosphere as it's kind of loud in the lobby and it's not really meant for like a dine-in type of thing so it's very casual. The best way to enjoy their smoothies and food is to go you know a little carryout and that's always sudden me well. “ We wanted to get smoothies but find that places like Tropical Smoothie Cafe aren't very good. We decided to try Goodlyfe and were pleasantly surprised. Their smoothies are really good, the prices aren't bad, and the service is quick. I got the Island Breeze and it wasn't too overpowering and not too sweet, even with the white chocolate. My partner got the Red, White and Blue smoothie and he liked it. Everything was also well blended so there were no chunks (I hate chunks in my smoothies, yuck). My only complaint is that there isn't nutritional information afaik besides calories. It isn't a huge deal but they advertise themselves as a health food place so having info like macros and sugars would be nice. ”
